Who can participate?
The contest is open to all members of the EU-CONEXUS partner universities:
• students – undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD;
• staff – academic and non-academic.
Each participant may submit only one photograph.

Evaluation and prizes
| Stage 1 – National selection
Each partner university will establish a local jury to evaluate the submitted photographs and select the three best entries.
| Stage 2 – International selection
The shortlisted photographs from the first stage will be published on the EU-CONEXUS website, where an open voting process will determine the top three photographs.
The three participants receiving the highest number of votes will each be awarded a €250 cash prize.
Important dates
• Submission deadline – 19 November 2025, 20:00 CET
• National selection – 20 November–2 December
• Voting – 3–16 December
• Winners announced – 17 December
